Championship predictions: Can Leeds move back into top two?

Millwall vs Leicester, Tuesday 7.45pm – Live on Sky Sports Action

That early Neil Harris bubble seems to have burst a little. They are without a win in four now at Millwall and are dropping back towards the bottom three.

Leicester are picking up wins again, even if they’re not entirely convincing. But at this stage of the season it’s points that matter, and promotion is back in their hands. Foxes win here for me to keep up the charge back to the Premier League.

Prediction: 1-2 (Sky Bet odds)

Sheffield Wednesday vs Norwich, Tuesday 7.45pm – Live on Sky Sports Football Red Button

Sheffield Wednesday took a massive win at QPR that I certainly wasn’t expecting. They are back to within a point of safety, and need to kick on and get a couple more wins.

But Norwich will be riding high after their win over Ipswich. They are dangerous opposition for anyone, but I do feel like this will be a draw.

Prediction: 1-1 (Sky Bet odds)

Leeds vs Sunderland, Tuesday 8pm – Live on Sky Sports Football

That was a real setback for Leeds at Coventry, but it wasn’t hugely unexpected with it being such a tough trip. They need to bounce back quickly, mind.

But this is a kind fixture as Sunderland are just trying to get through to the end of the season now. This should be a home win.

Prediction: 2-1 (Sky Bet odds)

Hull vs Middlesbrough, Wednesday 7.45pm – Live on Sky Sports Football Red Button

Hull showed what they can be about again at Cardiff with a very convincing win, and this is a massive game for both who need pretty much a perfect end to the season to have any chance of the play-offs.

Middlesbrough have picked up back-to-back wins to sneak back into contention. But I don’t think they’ll have quite enough here to make it three in a row. Score draw.

Prediction: 2-2 (Sky Bet odds)

Ipswich vs Watford, Wednesday 7.45pm – Live on Sky Sports Football Red Button

You can understand the disappointment among Ipswich fans after that result at Norwich. They were beaten, but they were also very flat at Carrow Road. Kieran McKenna won’t be pleased you can be sure of that.

Watford are still unbeaten under Tom Cleverley, with three draws following a win. But the Tractor Boys tend to rally from a poor result. So I think this is a home win.

Prediction: 2-1 (Sky Bet odds)

Swansea vs Stoke, Wednesday 8pm – Live on Sky Sports Football

Swansea are drifting through to the end of the season a little, and they need to be careful they don’t get too complacent and end up getting dragged into a relegation scrap in the last couple of weeks.

Stoke rallied well against West Brom when they easily could have folded. There is some resilience and determination there, and that should help them get a result in South Wales.

Prediction: 1-2 (Sky Bet odds)
