With the Q4 earnings season picking up pace, the companies are also rewarding their shareholders with dividends for the financial year 2024. As many as 5 companies have announced dividends for their shareholders this week.A host of companies like Infosys, Bajaj Auto, Jio Financial and Wipro, among others, announced their quarterly results in the past week. Out of these, a total of 5 companies have announced dividends for their shareholders.Here’s a list:

Infosys

Infosys announced a dividend of Rs 28 on Thursday including a final dividend of Rs 20 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and an additional special dividend of Rs 8 per equity share

HDFC AMC

For FY24, the asset management company, HDFC AMC proposed a final dividend of Rs 70 per equity share on April 19, 2024, which is subject to approval by the shareholders. If approved, the dividend will be dispatched commencing from the next day of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Bajaj Auto

In line with the Company’s Dividend Distribution Policy, the board of directors of Bajaj Auto has recommended a dividend of Rs. 80 per share. The announcement was shared along with its quarterly results on 18th April.

The board of the diesel engine manufacturer, Swaraj Engines while approving the audited results of fourth quarter, recommended an equity dividend of 950%, which translates to Rs 95 for the financial year ended 31st March 2024.
