West Ham confirm midfielder George Earthy is in hospital after suffering a head injury during his Premier League debut against Fulham

The 19-year-old had came on in the 82nd minute at the London Stadium as a replacement for Michail Antonio. However, Earthy was taken off on a stretcher in stoppage time.
